How do I care for my threads?

Wash me on cold wash, inside out and keep me away from the dryer. Line dry in the shade is best.

Processing Time

To print and package an order takes roughly 3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

After production shipping times take around 2-4 days within Australia and 4-7 days to New Zealand.

What if I need to return my order?

As your items are made to order we do not accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
If there is an issue with your order, please email us at hello@ourjoy.com.au within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues or concerns.
