The Gildan Heavyblend hoodie is 50% Polyester/50% Cotton in a standard weight and regular fit. This is a unisex Gildan hoodie so depending on how you like to wear your hoodies - I'm wearing a Medium (size 12 womens) for an oversized feel go up one size.
