At Our Joy, each piece is made to order in our Melbourne studio with care and intention.
We want you to love your items purchased. All orders are made at the time of ordering therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you think you've ordered the wrong size or want to ask us a questions before we start your order - please send us an email as soon as you've placed your order. This may delay production timeframes. We do not guarantee email acknowledgement before we being your order.
All purchases are final.
It is the buyers responsibility to check size charts provided per item before purchase and to following the washing instructions provided. I am not responsible from items damaged due to improper or faulty care.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect on arrival, please get in touch with us via email at hello.ourjoy@gmail.com please include your order number, name and a photo of your item. This must be within 14 days of purchase.
